Cheryl’s energy and passion to assist business groups to find out who they are and what they stand for in an effort to secure financial success was infectious. When you are a relatively small company pioneering a new family of decorative asphalt products worldwide, you need to be highly effective to establish a strong brand. Cheryl was instrumental in helping StreetPrint develop communication practices that support the development of the StreetPrint brand. This included guiding employees through a process that clearly identified the essence of the StreetPrint brand. She then worked with us to create a corporate video and coached our employees through how to talk about our company and products so that we reinforced the brand – right down to using a consistent set of words.

In the past we knew what we wanted to say, but the messages were delivered differently every time, often missing key points. In short, we communicated poorly. Cheryl reined us in and made us realize the importance of a common message, delivered consistently by everyone in the company. Her style made the experience a pleasure, but also ensured that the process was efficient.

Cheryl’s work has already had an impact on our results. The corporate video was a key tool in a recent new product introduction. The market reaction has been great and the revenue is starting to flow.
